The Director of SLP Services will evaluate and treat speech and language disorders while leading and mentoring a team of SLP and SLPA providers. They are responsible for creating comprehensive treatment plans, conducting multidisciplinary evaluations, and providing family education across clinic, home, and community settings.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an Oklahoma State License, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). At least 2 years of experience working with children and families, including expertise in AAC and feeding/swallowing disorders, is required.

The Director of SLP Services is a salaried, exempt position. Payroll is processed bi-weekly, constituting 26 annual pay periods.
