Assist in training military personnel on weapons-use, safety, and marksmanship using the EST III system. Conduct daily maintenance of training equipment and manage unit attendance records via the TS-MATS program.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and possess knowledge of military firearms and protocol. Candidates must be capable of standing and walking for long periods and demonstrate strong public speaking and leadership abilities.

Position Description:
PD Systems is seeking an EST III Operator. The EST III is a training system that supports primarily Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM) instruction as a part of Initial Entry Training (IET). Additional instruction supported includes advanced rifle marksmanship training, crew-served weapon familiarization training, and tactical decision-making engagement scenarios for soldiers, police/security forces, unit/installation cadre, and mobilizing/deploying units, soldiers and authorized personnel.
