Operate multi-needle quilting machines to produce mattress panels according to quality and quantity specifications. Responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine maintenance to ensure efficient production.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting over 50 lbs. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use a ruler for precise measurements are required.

Ensures that all materials are loaded properly to the quilting machines and match the specifications for the production requirements, with the goal to produce quality quilted mattress panels. Machine operations include pattern selection, needle positioning, and panel cutting.
