Previous powder coating experience and knowledge of metal shop environments are preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs and working in a hot, fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY
Rustica Hardware is seeking to add an experienced and highly-motivated power coating specialist. This position will be responsible for powder coating metal products to good standard; identify, pick and return powder boxes correctly and according to work schedule; and provide cleaning and maintenance to powder coating spray booth and conveyor line according to specifications.
