The role involves supporting the APAC commercial team by demonstrating product capabilities, conducting experiments, and providing comprehensive technical support to customers. You will also collaborate with global teams to develop application notes, verify technical documentation, and gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant discipline such as biology, chemistry, or chemical engineering and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, along with experience in problem-solving within a commercial or laboratory environment.

The Role
This customer focused role supports the APAC Commercial team in the test, development, specification, and scope of the product line through the demonstration of the product’s capabilities and applications with real customer applications as well as comprehensive customer support to facilitate commercial success and delivery to new and existing customers in the Asia region.
