Position Summary

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting and managing contract administration activities throughout the contract lifecycle while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This position plays a key role in coordinating customer accounts, maintaining contract documentation and tracking systems, supporting export compliance activities, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure timely and accurate contract execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain active customer contracts and related documentation.
• Support the preparation, review, modification, and tracking of contracts, agreements, and amendments.
• Maintain and update the Master Contract Tracker and other departmental tracking systems.
• Coordinate customer accounts and assist with contract-related communications.
• Support export licensing activities and ensure compliance with applicable export regulations.
• Manage and coordinate Para Sport program administrative functions.
• Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and provide departmental representation as needed.
• Assist with contract compliance activities and ensure adherence to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical contract files.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Program Management, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Finance to support contract execution.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Contracts Department leadership.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and visibility.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
