The Solar Plan Drafter is responsible for creating accurate, code-compliant residential and commercial solar permit plan sets using AutoCAD. They will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to produce site plans, electrical drawings, and single-line diagrams while ensuring adherence to local regulations.
Candidates must have experience drafting solar PV systems and proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent software. A strong understanding of NEC requirements, solar permitting processes, and the ability to interpret architectural and structural plans are essential.
