Job Summary:
This Business Operations Support Assistant provides support to manufacturing, distribution, and business operations in an administrative professional environment supporting multiple departments across administrative and light operational tasks, gaining real-world work experience while contributing meaningfully to day-to-day operations.
Core Responsibilities
Administrative & Document Support
- Perform document scanning, indexing, and digital file organization
- Assistwith filing, records management, and general administrative tasks
- Support the creation of signs, labels, and identification tags
Warehouse & Operations Support
- Assistwith parts cleaning and packaging operations
- Conduct visual quality inspections under direct supervisor guidance
- Support physical inventory counts and shelf organization
- Assistwith order fulfillment tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in approved work areas
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work agreement termsat all times

Physical Requirements
- Must occasionally lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25lbsfrom floor to waist height.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Work may be performed in both office and approved warehouse settings.
