Independently sample prototype aluminum injection molds and set up existing tools on Demag, Arburg, and Babyplast machines. Manage warehouse inventory and maintain detailed tool documentation.
Requires completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber with experience in sampling new tools. Proficiency in processing various thermoplastic granules and the ability to work independently are essential.

Wir suchen für unsere Spritzgussabteilung erfahrene und motivierte Mitarbeiter die eigenverantwortlich Arbeiten und Unternehmerisch denken. Wir sind an einer langjährigen Zusammenarbeit interessiert.
Der Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst das selbständige Abmustern von Prototypen Spritzgusswerkzeugen aus Aluminium auf Demag, Arburg und Babyplast Spritzgussmaschinen, sowie das Rüsten und Anfahren von bestehenden Spritzgusswerkzeugen. Dazu gehört die Lagerverwaltung sowie die Pflege der Werkzeugdokumentation.

Prototypes and small series made of plastic Due to ever shorter development times and the individualization of products, the need for near-series prototypes and small series has grown steadily. Here, the rapid tooling process bridges the gap between generative prototyping processes and the series tool. In contrast to rapid prototyping processes, the rapid tooling process produces near-series injection molded parts from original materials. The parts produced in this way are indistinguishable from series components made from steel molds and correspond both optically and mechanically to the later series parts. With the help of the rapid tooling process and our modular memoplast master mold system, we combine precision, flexibility and speed. Here we focus entirely on your needs, whether you only need a few prototypes for component testing or a small series.
