The Staff Accountant will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting while supporting cost accounting analysis. They will also partner with leadership on strategic projects to streamline AR/AP processes and update business policies.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably within manufacturing using IQMS ERP. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will play a critical role in partnering with the Controller and CFO in strategic and technology projects to streamline processes and operations as Molded Dimensions continues to grow.
