Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, including vendor orders, outbound shipping, and inbound receiving. Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate international logistics to ensure cargo arrives safely and on time.
Requires 0-2 years of experience in supply chain or warehousing and fluency in both Mandarin and English. Candidates must be detail-oriented and physically capable of loading and unloading shipping boxes.

A Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the fulfillment process, including handling vendor orders and interactions, managing all outbound shipping and inbound receiving requirements, scheduling international logistics and transportation, facilitating quality assurance, and maintaining appropriate inventory for direct and indirect materials for fulfillment operations. Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. It is also an essential function of this job that they have the adequate ability to successfully load and unload shipping boxes.
This is an entry level position. Hours may vary outside of a nine to five schedule.
