Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families by implementing behavior-based treatment plans. Collaborate with BCBAs and Clinical Directors to conduct data collection and educate parents on support techniques.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Experience with children and Autism Spectrum Disorders is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.

Job Description: We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. If you're driven by the desire to help children reach their full potential and thrive in a supportive team environment, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
Job Type: Part-Time (15-20 Hours Hours)
Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
Mon-Wed-Fri (3-7) Tues-Thurs (3-6)
Work Location: In-Person / Client Home - Smithfield, VA
