Requires 2+ years of experience in inside sales support or order management and proficiency with CRM and ERP software. An associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
Description
The Technical Quoting Assistant supports the Sales, Business Development, and Application Engineering teams by managing key quoting and order-processing activities. This role ensures all quotes and sales orders are complete in a timely manner, accurate, and efficiently processed through the ERP and CRM systems.
Following initial training, you will develop a foundational technical understanding of our product line to identify export control considerations, while delivering exceptional customer service and cross-departmental support.
