The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, including front desk duties, facility maintenance, and office organization. They will also act as a liaison for IT and HR needs while fostering a positive environment for clients and team members.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework, and at least 3 years of administrative support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to exceptional customer service are required.

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Bellevue, WA! In this role, you’ll be a pivotal part of our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, office organization, and client/professional support, all while contributing to an efficient, organized, and fun office environment. This is more than just an administrative position—you’ll actively engage with our clients and team members of the firm, becoming an integral part of our team while fostering meaningful relationships!
An exceptionally organized individual, boasting excellent time management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone who thrives in meeting multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, demonstrating capacity for self-motivation within a collaborative setting. A dedicated team player, committed to producing high-quality work, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. An enthusiastic willingness to learn and adapt is also key to succeeding in this role.

The pay range for this role is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
