The role involves designing high-power modules for vehicle electrification, AI data centers, and industrial infrastructure. You will contribute to the product roadmap by developing innovative solutions using Silicon Carbide, IGBTs, MOSFETs, and GaN technologies.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or Physics. A minimum of 10 years of experience in power semiconductors and electronics is required, with at least 5 years specifically in design or development.

We are seeking a passionate Power Module Design Member of Technical Staff with expertise in power module design to come on board onsemi’s Power Solutions Group design team and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader.
We have an innovative portfolio of Silicon Carbide (SiC) solutions, alongside IGBTs, MOSFETs and GaN in the pipeline and we look forward to enhancing our product roadmap with creative solutions that enable us to meet our customers’ needs.
