The analyst will serve as the primary administrator for the facilities management platform, bridging the gap between operational staff and technical systems. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring enterprise applications, managing system integrations, and developing reports to support campus facilities operations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems administration. Proficiency in SQL, experience with enterprise business applications, and the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical users are required.

Facilities Management Administration
Experience with a CMMS, IWMS, or EAM platform, with Planon ideal and Maximo, TMA, AiM, FAMIS, Archibus, Asset Essentials or similar directly relevant; a track record of translating between operational staff and technical staff, demonstrated by specific examples; working knowledge of relational databases and comfort reading REST API documentation and JSON payloads.
Also valuable:
Facilities, construction, utilities, manufacturing, or another operations-heavy environment in any capacity; higher education, government, or another regulated public-sector environment; experience with an ERP or HCM system, particularly Workday, SAP, or Banner; business process mapping and documentation; reporting and visualization tools; experience working alongside an external software vendor; version control and basic scripting in Python or similar.
The degree field is open. Strong candidates for this role come from facilities operations, business analysis, management information systems, accounting, and the trades as often as they come from software. Professional software development experience is not expected.
