The Assistant Preschool Director will manage daily administrative tasks, including billing, agency paperwork, and staff hiring. They are also responsible for coaching staff and ensuring the facility remains in compliance with all licensing requirements.
Candidates must have experience working with children aged 0-5 and prior management experience. A CDA, Associate Degree, or higher, along with a Florida Director Credential and CPR/First Aid certification, is required.
