· Gerenciar orçamento e despesas.
· Concluir transações de serviço.
· Concluir requisições de suprimentos e equipamentos necessários.
· Garantir a satisfação do cliente na execução dos serviços e através de comunicação rápida e eficiente.
· Executar outras tarefas relacionadas ao trabalho conforme designado.
· Negociação com clientes
· Cumprir com todas as políticas e procedimentos da companhia estabelecidos pelo Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade e SMS, bem como outras diretrizes do Corporativo;
· Executar outras tarefas relacionadas com a função que lhe forem atribuídas;
· Buscar a melhoria contínua nas suas atividades e operações.
· Manter contato constante com principais clientes através de reuniões periódicas
· Garantir boa comunicação e interface com time técnico na Noruega
· Gerenciar contratos com clientes, agindo como responsável técnico e preposto de contratos de manutenção de guindastes
REQUISITOS:
Graduação em Engenharia;
Experiência com atividades semelhantes, preferencialmente com conhecimento de equipamentos NOV;
Experiência na área de guindastes;
Experiência com gestão de pessoas e negociação com clientes;
Inglês fluente/avançado.
