Candidates should be creative and proficient in using smartphones and editing tools like Canva and CapCut for content creation. Professional communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events, are required.

We're looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through social media, content creation, community events, and exceptional patient engagement.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and interacting with people. The majority of your time will be spent creating engaging marketing content, supporting events, and helping showcase our providers, patients, and practice culture. When needed, you'll also provide front desk support by assisting with patient check-in, responding to leads, and helping create a five-star patient experience. This position works from both our McLean (Tysons area) and Ashburn locations. Because marketing events can occur outside of regular business hours, candidates must be available to work evenings and weekends for events, promotional events, content creation, Front Desk coverage, and practice initiatives.
