Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret shop prints and technical drawings
Assemble mechanical components to precise specifications
Troubleshoot and verify proper fit, function, and alignment of assemblies
Use measuring tools and mechanical aptitude to ensure quality craftsmanship
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Support production needs by performing additional duties as assigned
Collaborate closely with leads and other team members to meet production goals
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Indoor manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature variations
Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical power
Standing and walking on concrete floors for 8–10 hour shifts
Frequent bending, stooping, crawling, reaching, and climbing
Lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs independently; team lifting required for heavier loads
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety footwear
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, nuts, bolts, and equipment
Ability to read technical drawings and apply measurements with accuracy
Willingness to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and team protocols
Important Information
