The Electrical Engineer II is responsible for developing electrical design concepts and performing advanced system studies such as arc flash and load flow. They ensure compliance with industry codes and coordinate deliverables across multidisciplinary teams for energy and industrial facilities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in midstream energy or industrial facilities. Proficiency in ETAP and knowledge of NFPA 70/NEC standards are essential, with a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred.

NorthStar Energy Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer ll to join our Professional Engineering Consulting team. This role supports the design and execution of electrical systems for energy, petrochemical, industrial facilities and data centers. The Electrical Engineer ll will be responsible for developing electrical design concepts, arc flash studies, performing advanced engineering analyses and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements across the full project lifecycle.
This position works closely with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams and plays a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and constructible electrical designs for complex energy facilities.
