Collaborate with regional field staff to mobilize churches for planting Spanish-speaking congregations. Recruit, equip, and care for church planters while guiding existing churches toward multiplication.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a deep understanding of Southern Baptist Convention doctrine and polity. Candidates must demonstrate a mature Christian walk and meet biblical qualifications for senior pastoral roles.
