Track open topics, initiate expert discussions and follow up on outstanding information and decisions
Ensure that customer commitments made during the sales phase are accurately transferred into engineering and project execution
Maintain and update technical requests in the relevant PLM and ticketing systems
Lead regular coordination meetings with global Sales Engineering stakeholders
Prepare reports and analyses on request status, response times, workload and process performance
Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration, transparency and processing times
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification
Around 3–5 years of experience in technical project coordination, engineering project management, requirements management or a similar interface role
Experience working between Engineering or R&D and Sales, Project Management or other commercial functions

Strong organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
Confidence in coordinating a high number of parallel requests and stakeholders in an international environment
