Job Title: Client Relations Advisor – Ukrainian Speaking

Location: Portugal

The Opportunity: An international corporation operating in Portugal is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors who speak Ukrainian.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries through telephone, email, and live messaging platforms.
• Ensure every customer interaction is polite, transparent, and strictly professional.
• Supply correct, problem-solving answers to address client needs effectively.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer dialogues in the corporate system.
• Consistently achieve the organization's quality criteria and service targets.
• Coordinate with global colleagues whenever necessary to assist customers.
• Note: No previous customer care experience is necessary for this role.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You possess a fluent or native command of the Ukrainian language (C1-C2 level).
• Your English skills are at an intermediate level (B1) or higher.
• You are fully prepared to relocate and build your life in Portugal.
• You have a dependable, self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for learning.
• You are highly adaptable and enjoy working in a culturally diverse team.
• Mandatory: You must hold EU citizenship, an active Portuguese work authorization, or a valid temporary protection status in Portugal.
