The Medical Office Director is responsible for the overall business success and daily operations of the clinic. This includes leading high-performing teams, driving patient satisfaction, and monitoring KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates need 3+ years of operational leadership experience in a healthcare environment such as a medical practice or wellness center. Proficiency in EHR systems and a proven track record of managing teams and using KPIs to improve performance are required.

You'll work alongside providers, but you'll own the business side of the clinic.
If something isn't working, it's your responsibility to fix it.
If performance slips, you'll know why.
If the team needs coaching, you'll lead it.
If patients aren't having an exceptional experience, you'll change it.
This role is for someone who naturally takes ownership, makes decisions confidently, and enjoys being accountable for results.
