Dans le Visual Merchandising & Styling, notre objectif est de créer une expérience premium authentique, cohérente et distinctive pour nos consommateurs. En tant que Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie, des plans et des processus VMS afin de garantir l’exécution optimale de la vision et des principes Nike dans votre département.
En tant que Coach, vous adoptez et appliquez les standards globaux de Visual Merchandising & Styling pour les catégories concernées et vous vous assurez de leur bonne exécution. Vous pilotez la mise en place et la maintenance des expériences catégorielles et des espaces contrôlés dans votre périmètre. Vous supervisez l’exécution des initiatives clés et des stratégies saisonnières de votre catégorie. Vous gérez les ressources et assurez la mise en œuvre des directives VMS lors des refontes de département et des événements. Vous encadrez une équipe, fixez des objectifs alignés sur les priorités de la marque et du business, accompagnez le développement, gérez la performance et la reconnaissance. Vous veillez au respect des standards visuels, garantissez la cohérence du merchandising et facilitez les retours avec la direction du magasin et l’équipe VMS. Vous déployez les formations nécessaires pour que l’équipe maîtrise les standards visuels et les techniques de merchandising. Vous collaborez avec le management et les partenaires clés pour assurer une exécution alignée sur la stratégie globale de la marque et des catégories. Vous influencez et fédérez grâce à une communication confiante, pertinente et un réseau solide.
