The Assistant Store Manager leads, coaches, and inspires the team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving store growth and business results. Responsibilities include managing store operations, staffing, visual merchandising, and implementing company service principles.
Candidates must have at least four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience and three years of leadership experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like standing for extended periods.
