Role Summary
Support the development and execution of Jordan Brand city marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Streetwear and Lifestyle. This role will help bring Jordan’s products, stories and consumer experiences to life through community, retail and offline activations. The role will also leverage city insights and consumer understanding to support locally relevant marketing initiatives, while contributing to broader Brand Marketing priorities across Sport and other key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of city marketing programs, with a focus on Streetwear, Lifestyle and youth culture.
Develop understanding of local consumers, communities and cultural trends, and translate city insights into relevant marketing ideas and opportunities.
Plan and execute offline marketing activations and consumer events, including coordination with agencies and external partners.
Support product launches through retail experiences, product storytelling and consumer engagement initiatives.
Build relationships with local communities, creators, agencies and retail partners to support brand initiatives.
Work closely with Brand, Marketplace, Retail, Communications and other cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs.
Stay connected with social content, consumer trends and cultural moments to support locally relevant storytelling.
Support the Marketing Manager on broader Jordan Brand projects, including Basketball, Sport and other city marketing priorities.
Preferred Experience & Skills
5-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, City Marketing , Consumer Marketing or relevant fields.
Experience working on projects related to Streetwear, Lifestyle, Fashion, Music or Youth Culture is preferred.
Proven experience planning and executing offline marketing activations or consumer events.
Experience working with agencies and external partners from planning through execution.
Good understanding of retail marketing, product storytelling and consumer experience.
Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to understand consumers, identify opportunities and contribute practical marketing ideas.
Passion for basketball, sport, streetwear and youth culture.
