We are looking for a smart, proactive, and execution focused Inside Sales Analyst to support day-to-day inside sales activities while also bringing strong analytical thinking, process ownership, and improvement ideas to the team. This role is primarily focused on inside sales, with added responsibility for reporting, CRM discipline, process improvement, and automation.
The ideal candidate will have prior inside sales experience, work well across teams, take initiative, and help elevate the overall performance of the function.
This role is for someone who can be a strong Inside Sales contributor first, while also bringing the analytical capability and initiative needed to improve how the team operates. It combines inside sales execution with reporting, coordination, process improvement, and operational support.
