About the Role
The New York Philharmonic seeks a collaborative and detail-oriented Manager, Foundation Relations to support and grow institutional fundraising efforts across the organization. This role plays a key part in securing foundation support across artistic, education, community, and media initiatives.
Working closely with Development, Finance, and program teams, this role leads the full grant lifecycle from prospect research and proposal development through stewardship and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and revenue goals.
This is an externally facing fundraising role that requires regular interaction with foundation partners and stakeholders. The position may also require occasional evening and weekend commitments based on events, donor engagement, and organizational needs.

Salary: $73,699
This position operates in a hybrid work environment. Candidates should expect a regular in-office presence, particularly during the first several months, to support onboarding, relationship building, and operational integration.
