The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs within a clinic setting. They are also responsible for providing caregiver training and ensuring high clinical quality and ethical ABA standards.
Candidates must hold active BCBA and COBA certifications. Experience working with early learners and strong leadership and collaboration skills are required.

This is a clinic-based role designed for BCBAs who value clinical integrity, collaboration, and work–life balance over high-volume billing models. We intentionally design productivity expectations to support ethical supervision, clinical quality, and clinician well-being-not maximize billing volume.
