The receptionist is responsible for managing inbound sales and service calls via a busy switchboard and greeting customers upon arrival. They also handle payment collection for service and parts while maintaining professional relationships with internal teams.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in hospitality or telemarketing. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to maintain a professional business appearance are required.
