Service Manager – Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Santa Barbara, CA $12,000–$15,000 monthly + performance-based bonus opportunities

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager who leads with accountability, develops strong teams, and understands how to create an exceptional customer experience while driving department performance. This opportunity is best suited for someone who has successfully led dealership service operations and is ready to bring that experience into a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
Representing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, this role is ideal for a leader who understands how to balance people, process, and performance—supporting Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers while building a culture employees are proud to be part of.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of the Service Department with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Inspire, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Porters, and support staff
Drive performance across key fixed operations metrics including CSI, ELR, technician productivity, proficiency, labor sales, and retention
Create an organized, high-performing service environment with strong communication and teamwork
Oversee workflow, shop capacity, dispatch, and repair quality to improve turnaround times and customer experience
Support loaner operations and customer transportation processes to ensure a seamless ownership experience
Partner closely with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership to strengthen customer retention and long-term business growth
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership operating expectations
Foster a culture built on professionalism, urgency, and delivering service customers can trust
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated success leading an automotive service department with responsibility for team performance, customer experience, and operational results
Previous experience managing Service Advisors, Technicians, workflow, and fixed operations metrics preferred
Strong understanding of dealership service operations and performance drivers
CDJR experience strongly preferred; domestic brand or high-volume service leadership experience highly valued
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate teams while maintaining operational excellence
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Flexibility to support business needs, including occasional evenings and weekends
