Lead large-scale AV integration projects from installation through commissioning while managing field technicians and ensuring quality control. Responsible for advanced programming, system integration, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
Requires at least 3 years of AV experience with expert-level troubleshooting and system integration skills. Candidates must hold certifications in Control4, Lutron RA3, and PCNA or an equivalent networking certification.

Role Overview
Field Project Managers are advanced technical and project leaders responsible for large-scale, high complexity AV integration projects. This role provides expert-level system design execution, advanced programming and troubleshooting, and technical leadership across teams while ensuring quality, timelines, team performance, and client satisfaction. This position is also responsible for overseeing field technicians assigned to projects, ensuring productivity, accountability, and adherence to company standards. Each PM is responsible for the complete oversight and management of their jobs including day-to-day communication with builder, homeowner, and all internal and external stakeholders and maintaining an acceptable gross margin on every job.
Salary: $65,000+ depending on experience
