Lead and modernize the Underwriting and New Business functions to drive operational excellence and a best-in-class member experience. Responsible for translating enterprise strategy into scalable operating practices while ensuring disciplined risk management and compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of life insurance underwriting experience, including leadership of technical professionals. Must have deep expertise in medical underwriting, mortality risk assessment, and process automation initiatives.
