The Utilities Superintendent will oversee daily field operations for underground utility and site development projects, including managing crews, subcontractors, and equipment. They are responsible for enforcing safety standards, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring quality control for water and excavation infrastructure.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of field leadership experience in underground utilities or a related 4-year degree. Proficiency in reading civil drawings, knowledge of trench safety, and a valid driver's license are required.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Utilities Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for underground utility and site development projects in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio. This role oversees crews, subcontractors, safety, schedules, and quality for work involving water main, water line, excavation, and related underground infrastructure.
