The Nursery Manager is responsible for the daily operational success of the nursery, including staff leadership, curriculum implementation, and financial oversight. They must also foster strong relationships with parents and ensure the nursery meets all educational and performance targets.
Candidates must hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above and have previous experience as a Nursery Manager. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Develop and lead the nursery team, ensuring they perform at their very best each day.
Encourage colleague development and foster a culture of collaboration.
Lead educational programmes and curriculum implementation.
Recruit and onboard new colleagues, ensuring they become proud advocates of My Ohana from day one.
Ensure the highest standards of childcare and operational efficiency across the nursery.
Oversee EYFS curriculum alignment and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Support fee collection, invoicing, payment tracking, and overall budget management.
Monitor nursery performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational, educational, and financial targets are met.
Build strong, long-standing relationships with parents and carers to ensure they feel informed, valued, and involved.
Drive a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with our company ethos.
Lead colleague engagement, performance management, and personal development.
Act as an inspiring role model and an enthusiastic ambassador for My Ohana.
A passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager.
A full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
Strong people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence with technology, including Microsoft Suite and early years software programs.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, and a desire to grow within My Ohana.
