Own the end-to-end financial reporting process, including monthly reporting packs, bottom-up budgeting, and cash flow monitoring. Analyze cost analytics and unit economics to prepare board materials that drive strategic decision-making.
Requires a CPA designation with over 5 years of progressive experience in budgeting and forecasting. Must be proficient in advanced financial modeling and the use of modern AI tools to optimize workflows.

The Role
We're building the platform behind Canada's largest residential real estate ecosystem — and we're doing something pretty ambitious in a space that's ready for it. Finance is small, the ownership is real, and the numbers actually drive decisions. We need a senior FP&A person to own reporting, budgets, cost analytics, board materials, and cash flow end-to-end.
This role is for you if you've built a financial process where there wasn't any, not just run someone else's. You're sharp with a model, clear on a slide, and you use modern tools — including AI — to skip the grunt work. CPA in hand. Small team, real ownership, builder culture. Not a fit for everyone, but if you like owning the whole picture instead of one slice, you'd find it interesting.
