The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from pre-sales and offer preparation to contract negotiation and payment collection. They focus on developing new customer segments while maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to meet annual revenue targets.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of sales or service experience in HVAC or a relevant field and a related Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems related to HVAC and a customer-oriented mindset are required.

Job Responsibilities:
Provides all the necessary sales activities Establishes and maintains on-going positive relationship with customers to secure and develop future business Focus on developing new customers/segment and keep existing customers to improve our revenue Responsible from pre-sales, offer preparation, negotiation, contract, delivery and payment collection Collaborate with the service team to address customer complaints and ensure long-term satisfaction Meet the annual target
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years' work experience in sales/service in HVAC or relevant field Proficient mechanical and electrical understanding related to HVAC systems Related Bachelor’s Degree Teamwork & customer oriented mindset Proficient use of MS office Fluent in written and speaking English is preferable
