Plan and conduct athletic practices to develop student skills and prepare them for competition. Foster a positive team culture based on Christian values, integrity, and sportsmanship while supervising athletes during all activities.
A high school diploma is required, though a college degree and previous coaching or playing experience are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to the school's Christian mission and values.
