We are searching for an experienced Plongeur at our MSC Geneva facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Mission principale Plonge et entretien Effectuer la plonge manuelle et/ou mécanisée (vaisselle, couverts, ustensiles, casseroles, plaques…).
Le Plongeur de cuisine assure le nettoyage et l’entretien de la vaisselle, des ustensiles, des batteries de cuisine et des équipements. Il contribue au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine en garantissant un environnement propre, organisé et conforme aux normes d’hygiène.
Responsabilités principales
Assurer le nettoyage des équipements, zones de préparation et surfaces de travail.
Maintenir son poste propre, organisé et opérationnel en permanence.
Contrôler l’état de propreté des éléments lavés avant remise en service.
Hygiène & sécurité
Appliquer strictement les procédures HACCP et les règles d’hygiène alimentaire.
Respecter les protocoles de désinfection, de gestion des déchets et du tri sélectif.
Signaler toute anomalie (casses, équipements défectueux, risques de sécurité).
Contribuer au maintien général de la propreté de la cuisine et des zones annexes.
Organisation et logistique
Ranger correctement la vaisselle et le matériel propre.
S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des machines de lavage et en informer le responsable en cas de panne.
Gérer de manière efficace les flux entre vaisselle sale et propre pour éviter les retards en service.
Soutenir l’équipe dans la réception ou le rangement des livraisons si nécessaire et la gestion du linge
Collaboration
Travailler en coordination avec les équipes de cuisine et de service.
Soutenir ponctuellement l’équipe dans des tâches simples de préparation (épluchage, rangement)
selon les besoins et instructions.
Contribuer à une atmosphère de travail positive et respectueuse.
