Manage day-to-day Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and personal data breach activities, including case handling and documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve privacy cases and maintain operational trackers and reports.
Requires a degree in Law, Business, Cyber Security, or IT with 0-3+ years of experience in privacy, legal, or operational case management. Fluency in English and Italian and an EU passport are required.

MSC Cruises is strengthening its Privacy Function to support global privacy operations across the Cruise Division, with a particular focus on Data Subject Requests (DSRs), personal data breach management, and core operational privacy activities.
We are looking for a Privacy Analyst to support the DSR & Data Breach Unit in the day-to-day management of privacy cases, documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in privacy, incident management, and global regulatory compliance within an international environment.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and levels of experience. The role may suit candidates from two complementary backgrounds: early-career privacy/legal/cyber profiles and operational case-management profiles.
Preferred profile may include:
Profile A – Privacy / Legal / Cyber track
Profile B – Operations / Case Management track
In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are pleased to share the compensation details for this role.
The role is entitled to a gross annual salary between € 25.000 and € 32.000. The position within the salary range and the corresponding job classification level under the applicable CCNL, will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
The employment relationship will be governed by the CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector).
