The Account Manager is responsible for identifying and contacting small to mid-size senior living communities to present Silverfox's value proposition. They will manage the full sales cycle, attend industry conferences, and meet weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.

Candidates should ideally have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within the senior living, healthcare, or software sectors. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a hunter mentality and strong communication skills.

Job DetailsJob Location: MP&F Nashville Office - Nashville, TN 37203The Silverfox Account Manager must reach out to their target audience of small to mid-size senior living communities and present a personalized sales presentation on the immediate value that Silverfox can bring to their business.

What you will do

Attend senior living conferences and share knowledge of the platform and its benefits with prospective clients.
Represent Silverfox at live events, confidently engaging attendees in real-time conversations that surface needs and create immediate sales opportunities.
Identify and contact prospective senior living communities from a target list.
Manage the full sales cycle and closing deals.
Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly sales targets.
Maintain detailed notes and document all sales activity.
Keep in excellent communication with MP&F leadership and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments and achievement of goals.
Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience preferred, with a strong background in business development and outbound sales. Experience with senior living, multi-unit dwelling or healthcare is preferred.
Experience selling software solutions a bonus.
Hunter mentality with proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, while meeting or exceeding expectations and sales targets.
A personal sense of urgency and ability to overcome obstacles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to properly and accurately enter data into tracking tools.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills necessary, including Microsoft and Google suites.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
