Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PLCs, HMIs, and industrial process control systems to ensure safe plant operations. Support continuous improvement projects and perform installation and calibration of control components and field devices.
Requires an associate degree or technical certification in a related field and at least 3 years of experience with PLC/HMI systems in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and experience with Rockwell or Siemens platforms is essential.

This role is designed for a skilled technician with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, HMIs, and industrial process control systems. The ideal candidate will support daily plant operations, lead equipment-based improvements, and contribute to the implementation of OPEX projects and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex, high-tech manufacturing environment.
