The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, processing bank mutations, and assisting with audits and year-end closings. The employee will also work to streamline financial processes and contribute to claims processing.
Candidates must have a completed MBO degree in Financial Administration. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset toward efficiency and process improvement are required.

Voor ons financiële team zoeken wij een Allround Finance Employee die energie haalt uit structuur en overzicht, maar ook graag meedenkt en initiatief toont. Je komt terecht in een professionele organisatie met korte lijnen, waar ruimte is voor eigen inbreng.
Dagelijks ben je bezig met o.a.:
Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen;
Bijhouden van de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie;
Bankmutaties verwerken en zorgen voor een kloppende administratie;
Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van zowel audits als ook bij jaarafsluitingen;
Samenwerken met collega's en andere afdelingen om financiële processen te stroomlijnen;
Signaleren van verbeterpunten in administratieve processen;
Bijdragen in de verwerking van claims;
Bijdragen aan een efficiëntere inrichting van de financiële administratie.
We zoeken iemand met een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van Financiële Administratie. Je denkt graag mee over hoe dingen efficiënter kunnen én je communiceert duidelijk – zowel op papier als in gesprekken.

Salaris vanaf € 2.967,44 (excl. vakantietoeslag)
Pensioenregeling via Allianz;
Reiskostenvergoeding € 0,23 met een extra vergoeding wanneer je naar andere locaties (Hoogvliet en Schiphol) moet afreizen. Ook bieden wij een vergoeding aan wanneer je vanuit thuis werkt.
Totaal 27,5 verlofdagen (24 dagen verlof en 3,5 ATV dagen) op fulltime basis en de mogelijkheid om extra verlofdagen bij te kopen;
