Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and routine checking of facility equipment including electrical, ACMV, and gas systems. Coordinates maintenance schedules and supervises external contractors for services such as housekeeping and renovations.
Requires a minimum of 4+ years of facilities management experience with strong troubleshooting and reporting skills. Candidates must be willing to work in cleanrooms, perform work-at-height duties, and work occasional weekends.
