The Chief Accountant is responsible for full-cycle accounting, tax reporting, and financial process organization for the NGO representative office. This includes managing a small accounting team and coordinating with regulatory authorities and the head organization.
Candidates must have a higher education in economics or finance and at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in the non-profit sector. Proficiency in 1C 8 and deep knowledge of Belarusian tax and labor laws are required.
