The Quality Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product defects and validate electronic components for authenticity. They are responsible for monitoring lab report data and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with CRM systems and lab report analysis. Prior experience in test labs, specifically at the electronic component level, is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing
Test and validate components for authenticity
Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products.
Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures
Keep track of client feedback and lab report data
Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered to and up to date
What We’re Looking For
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization
Lab Report analysis
Test Lab Experience, preferably at the electronic component level
Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)
