On-site-Management während unserer Veranstaltungen – von der Koordination bis zur Betreuung vor Ort

Das solltest Du mitbringen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise in Eventmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Berufserfahrung im Hospitality-Segment (z. B. Hotellerie, Location-Management), in der Kundenbetreuung, im Vertrieb oder in der Veranstaltungsorganisation
Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und CRM-Tools
Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Salzburg Exhibition & Congress Center offers modern architecture, well-planned infrastructure and pioneering technology. The 10 halls are arranged in a large circle. Together with the congress area and the Salzburgarena, the venue can stage a full range of events – all under one roof. Supreme architectural standards are combined with state of the art event and communication technology. Hall 10 is multifunctional, being constructed for maximum versatility. It divides into nine separate units, enabling the venue to host multiple parallel events. The adjacent conference area offers 21 congress, conference and meeting rooms for trade fairs, congresses, stage shows, corporate and sporting events – and many other occasions. Salzburg Exhibition & Congress Center is ideal for congresses and congress fairs for up to 5000 participants.
Distances on the premises, and to the city of Salzburg, are short for organisers, exhibitors and participants facilitating perfectly-organised events. For many years now, customers have placed their confidence in the services, vast experience and immense professionalism of the trade fair and congress team.
The conference and expo venue is surrounded by magnificent mountains and lakes. The beauty of the alpine scenery, and the picturesque old town set against the ecclesiastical architecture of the city’s past, guarantees inspiration and creativity.
