The retail associate is responsible for welcoming customers and delivering a remarkable brand experience while hitting individual and team sales goals. They must also manage back-of-house duties, maintain store visual standards, and act as a brand ambassador for OluKai.
Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service and be available for at least three shifts per week including holidays and weekends. Applicants must be 17 years or older and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lift up to 30lbs.
